Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed are strictly non-cancellable.
A 10% admin feee will be imposed if you wish to cancel, subjected to our discretion.
When will my item be shipped out?
In stock items will ship out on Thursday - Saturday during our working hours.
For pre-order items, it will take 3-4 weeks after the release date or order date, whichever is later, before items are dispatched. Depending on the shipment, it might take earlier or later. The time frame is just an estimate.
Your order will only ship once ALL the items are ready. If your order contains a pre-order item, it will only ship after the item arrives.

Can I self-collect?
Absolutely! You can proceed to checkout and select the self-collection option.
Do note that if your order contains an instock & pre-order item, we will only inform you once ALL items in the order are ready.
You may choose to separate the checkout for the items for self-collection if it contains a pre-order item.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery is handled by Qxpress. It should reach you within 3-4 working days after order is placed.
I'm worried about my vinyl records being damaged through postage...
We pack all our items securely in vinyl mailers before sending them out. Your items will reach you safely.
My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

Do you ship outside of Singapore?
No, but you can always ship to a freight forwarder. However, we will not be liable for any damages for orders shipped to freight forwarders.
